1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1-1/2 cups white whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. cinnamon* 1 tsp. nutmeg* 1/2 tsp. ground ginger* 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1 cup firmly-packed light brown sugar 1 cup regular white sugar 3/4 cup oil 3 cups pumpkin puree*** 2 large eggs * you could do the lazy way I did one time and use pumpkin pie spice *** either canned, or if you have a lotta pumpkins and are a purist, you could shred and puree enough real pumpkins to make 3 cups.
